Abstract
A public program refers to an initiative that is funded by the government and designed to address specific social, economic, or public needs. It is a government-led effort in which vouchers or financial support are often provided to individuals, allowing them to access goods or services that meet particular criteria. The objective of this study is to assess the public programs implemented by the local officials of Barangay Mabolo located in the City of Malolos, Bulacan for the benefit of its residents. The participants were selected through simple random sampling to ensure an unbiased representation of the target population, which consists of the residents of Barangay Mabolo. The participants assessed their perception on public programs in Barangay Mabolo in terms of three categories which are information, quality, and importance. Based on the findings, the study suggests that the local officials of Barangay Mabolo should focus on improving the clarity and effectiveness of their information dissemination strategies, ensuring that every public communication is clear and accessible to the residents.
