Power dynamics/power relations define the roles of women and men especially in terms of who to take decision and take over control of resources.
Identification of pattern and trend of factors causing inequity between different genders will help strategies empowerment of marginalized and most vulnerable group.
Resource allocation or control over resources and mobility of different gender groups reflect the power relation in general in the given context
The analysis of who has access to what services will help to understand where the inequality and gap lies. Besides the humanitarian services regardless of sectors and places/locations must ensure dignity and safety of specific genders. To ensure that participation of different stage of service delivery (planning to decision making) is required.
