  Rebecca M. Chory (Ph.D., Michigan State University, 2000) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management,Colllege of Business, at Frostburg State University in the USA. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Ethics, and Workplace Relationships. She is a former Fulbright Scholar to Hungary and a current Fulbright Specialist Candidate. She has taught professional, international, and traditional undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral students in large-lecture, lecture-discussion, seminar, study abroad, and online formats. She earned Top Paper Honors at the Academy of Management 2014 and 2016 conferences for her research on student-instructor relationships under contemporary higher education's business model.
